 January 2006 Excell USA opened the doors to a brand new 18,000 ft² addition to its existing 74,000 ft². This is the second addition to the manufacturing facility since it opened in 2000. Originally opened with 56000 ft², a new addition of 18000 ft² was deemed necessary in the fall of 2004. Due to rapid growth it was quickly realized that yet more space was needed. Originally intended as storage, it has recently been decided to utilize the new space for MES manufacturing. This will allow for optimizing the new floor plan. To accommodate the warehousing an additional building has been erected. This addition is expected to open in Mid-March. |
